Curtland H. Caffey

Curtland H. Caffey is a premier serial entrepreneur who train and educate CEO’S and President’s of small and
medium size businesses about their business infrastructure. Mr. Caffey works with entrepreneurs to empower,
enrich and assist them with their fulfillment of their organizational goals.

During Mr. Caffey’s 20+ years in the entrepreneurial field, having owned and operated several businesses,
such as retail, finance, senior management consulting and non-profit, he has earned a reputation for provoking,
persuading and mixing practical business knowledge and strategies with challenge, inspiration and possibility.
The same eloquence, optimism, ethics and expertise is applied in his personalized presentations, leadership,
mentoring and corporate collaboration. With his high energy, motivation, business and personal knowledge
base, content rich presentations, cutting-edge ideas, solid recommendations and results-oriented mentoring,
Mr. Caffey motivates and inspires clients to achieve top-line performance and obtain bottom-line results.

Mr. Caffey earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Central State University and
his Associate Degree in Psychology from Wright State University. Mr. Caffey is presently participating in the
Ohio State University-MBA mentorship program as a Mentor. Caffey is Founder/CEO of the National CEO
Leadership Institute, Inc.(NCLI) and Founder/CEO of the Youth CEO Leadership Institute(YCLI/non-profit).
Caffey is Managing Director of Caffey & Associates, LLC a Senior Management Consulting firm. The firm
is an representative for the National Women Business Owners Corporation (NWBOC). Mr. Caffey is Executive
Director of the National Military CEO Leadership Institute, Inc.. He previously served as Senior Executive
Vice President for the Women Business Enterprise National Council-Southeast, Mr. Caffey is a representative
of the National Women Impacting Public Policy committee, Caffey served as a guest lecturer at Xavier
University and Franklin University speaking on “Small Business Entrepreneurship” course. He has lectured
and taught over 200 workshops and seminars on various business topics. Mr. Caffey is a former bank
Executive of Household Bank and Crestmark Bank. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the
Columbus Chamber of Commerce and served as the Chairman of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce-Small
Business Council. Caffey served as Chairman of the local Ohio Small Business Council for the State of Ohio.
He is Founder/CEO of the Give A Kid A Toy Foundation (non-profit). Mr. Caffey’s life and business formula’s
