About Us

The National CEO Leadership Institute, Inc. (NCLI)

The Institute has a Four-Point Mission Statement:

  1. To educate, engage and empower entrepreneurs.
  2. To identify, develop and enhance entrepreneurial talent.
  3. To create an on-going supply of highly serial skilled entrepreneurs.
  4. To assist Women Business Enterprises(WBE) with National WBE Certification.

The Institute is designed to help entrepreneurs at a National, Regional and Local level, grow their businesses by
developing their personal/business skills and enhancing their business intellect. The following courses are apart
of the Institutes curriculum: a)marketing b)management c)leadership d)finance e)sales f)WBE certification. NCLI
philosophy states, the key to economic success is its entrepreneurial capital-meaning human capital. Although,
the critical determinant of an entrepreneurial community’s economic vitality is the quantity and quality of
its entrepreneurs.

The Institute provides benefits by helping communities identify and develop entrepreneurial talent effectively,
efficiently and equitably and on a large-scale, sustainable basis. Such benefits are for the entrepreneurs, service
providers and the community. The Institute has three program goals for the entrepreneur: 1)achieve sales growth
2)achieve profitability 3) develop new skills.

The Institute has a special outreach to the “Community Champions” who are leaders who have the capacity to
create a favorable environment for entrepreneurship. The Institute coaches community leaders, to more effectively
and holistically manage the “entrepreneurial community” in their area, strategically as well as tactically.

The Institute uniqueness is such that it takes a comprehensive and holistic approach to developing entrepreneurs,
neither focusing exclusively on external or internal factors, but rather including them all from a truly integral approach.
To insure that all activities and investments are performance driven, NCLI creates a performance scorecard for each
implementation. This helps to measure progress and success as well as increasing the visibility of the program.

The Institute “Foundational Pillars” are to develop entrepreneurial talent, create successful companies and build
entrepreneurial communities.
